My dreamS..

Bismillah.. By the name Of Allah..



What are your dreams ? What do you want to be ? and why do you choose those things ?

Hemmm.... Of course I want to be a good doctor. this is my only dream when i was in secondary school. One of my biology teacher, (she was also my class teacher) said in front of my parents that I want to be a doctor. After that, i feel very please deep inside my heart, and i tie this dream tightly on my mind.

Then now i am in 6th year of my medical education. Next year will be a tough moment in my life maybe. Work as a Housemen Doctor, 36 hours non-stop. I can't imagine how will be the real situation there. Yeah.. i'll gain more experiences and InsyaAllah it will increase my knowledge and skills as the time pass.

Hemm.. What else i want to say..



now i am having Peadiatric cycle for a week. Tough cycle.. our teacher is very nice and cool. She asked many questions in the class and teach us things that we don't know. Actually life as a 6th year student is just repeatation. What i mean is, we just repeat our subject that we have been tought during last years. In 1st until 3rd year of education, we learn about normal function, mechanism of human being. In 4th year we learn violation of their function. As for 5th year, we studied about treatment and proper management of patients. And in this last year, we have to know how to differentiate among diseases according to some criteria to make right diagnosis of patient.

let forget bout them for a second.. hehe..

 
Hehehe.. i don't to be so muscular like this..
but Arnold's body is great isn't it ?? hehe..  

 i want to tell you something.. i'm working out in gym recently. i check my BMI last two weeks.. Huh.. I was very suprised.. OBESITY ??? ohh no... This is Not Goooooodd.. This is very bad.. Yeah.. very.. very.... bad.. So i managed to lose my weight for some month and get a nice shape before my graduation day thet will be in mid June.

so i went to Gym.. i make my diet.. eat less carbohydrate.. less bad fat.. more good fat and proteins.. drink a lot of water and so on.. Yeah.. i have been for 2 weeks.. And the good news is.... i lose just 500 gram.. Huhu... But... as we know.. increase amount of muscle also can gain some weight.. Gain muscles and lose fats.. But i think, my weight will decrease just after 2 month i make my workout.

7 kg for 2 Month.. i think it is normal and healthy.. i don't want to lose weight so quickly and look unhealthy. and i want to gain more muscle, so that it will high my body metabolism.. and with proper and healthy food, i hope that my body will be in nice shape before time targeted.

Okay..... i want to study a little bit.. InsyaAllah if i have time, i'll update about myself and if my diet and workout plan success, i'll share it to you too.. InsyaAllah.. hehe.. see you in next post...
