I just cant answer some questions in our class interview today.. actually im so nervous at that time becoz im not used to speak english in front of my colleuge..

My bad pronounciation...

and so on..

But u have to try right?? Yeahhh...

Yes... i know i can.. just need little more confident within myself.. little push from inside..

Today, i have infectious disease class.. Yeah.. it is so intersting. we got a nice little cute teacher.. i dont know her name... She dont even tell her name to us.. and we never ask it.. hehe.. yeah... tomorrow i'll ask her name and so on.. hihi..

Learn about acute intestinal disease that can cause diarrhea..

we have 2 types of diarrhea..

1. Invasive Diarrhea..

2. Secretory Diarrhea..

Invasive diarrhea usually cause by bacterial infection and some parasite.. For example, Shigella, Yersinia enterocolitis, Enteroinvasive E Coli.. Enterohemorrhagic E Coli and so on..

as for secretory diarrhea.. causative agents are mainly viral infections.. in instance Vibrio cholera that can cause Cholera disease, enterovirus, rotavirus, enteropatogenic E Coli.. enterotoxigenic E Coli.. and so on..

2 main syndroms that can develop in patients with this disease

1. Intoxication syndrome..
2. Dehydration syndrome..

and others clinical picture depend on type of causative agents..

Bismillah..

Its 342 am in the morning.. i wake up at 240 am today. Huh.. This is the 1st time in this week i can sleep at night. Before this, i just sleep after 6/7 am.. everyday.. So, my life is getting shorter.. since my day i spent with sleep, and energeticly awake in the night.

I finished my surgery practical exam yesterday.. Huh.. Alhamdulillah.. 3 Questions being asked..

1. Sign of perforation ulcer in xray
2. Xray sign of acute ileitis
3. Treatment of appendicular infiltration

For me, these questions is simple. So, i answer without any problems. Yeah, then i pass the exam and now, Obstetric exam left. Today, im going to finished it all. Cyaiyookk Eunice....!! hihi..

Last night, my friend called me to help him to make some article in english about 10 Zulhijjah. Actually, its just a translation from his original copy of article, arabic articles. Im not very good in arabic language, but i can understand a little bit.. I know some arabic words. i learned them in my secondary school as it is religious type of school.

i want to share some words from that article..

"My dear brothers, Prophet Muhammad SAW in his hadis narrated by Ibnu Abbas RA said.. There are no better days other than this 10 days of zulhijjah in doing good deeds"

Yeah... We are now in middle of these days, 10 holy days of zulhijjah.

There are some amal that is engcauraged to be practiced more. In example, Namaz, to do fast, to give charity, to strenghten our brotherhood, to forgive others and so on. 9th day of arafah, is also known as 1 of the holy day in Islam. Rasulullah said that whoever make fasting in this day, all of his sins will be forgiven by Allah SWT. Huhu... what a big oppurtunity for us as a muslim...

10th day of Zulhijjah, we will celebrate Aidil Adha.. 2nd great celebration of Muslims after Aidil Fitri. In this day, the pilgrimages will finished their 5th obligation in islam. For your information, to be a real muslim, there are 5 obligations that required to do..

1. To believe that there is no God except ALLAH, and Prophet Muhammad is His Mesengger, same like other prophet before him like Jesus the messiah, Musa, Abraham, Adam, Yusuf, and so on.

2. To make Namaz, prayer 5 times a day

3. To give Charity (Zakat) in month of ramadhan

4. To fast in month of ramadhan

5. To do Pilgrimage in Makkah Al-Mukarramah (Only to affordable people)

Yeah.. Simple right??

Yeah... Islam is the simplest religion, and it is the best way of life.

In 10th, 11th, and 12th days of Zulhijjah, Muslims do sacrifice, sloughtering process. They sacrifice animals like cow, sheep, camel and so on. Rasulullah explained, This sacrifice (KOrban) is the most amal loved by Allah in that duration.

Hmm.. Wuts else i want to write.. Im tired actually... After this, i got works to do. Yeah... Okay............ Got to Go.... That's all for today... Okies.. Byee..

Yeah.. i have to do this..

I have a goal to achieve.. it is to make English familiar for me and it become my 2nd language in my everyday conversation among my colleagues...

Yeah.. i know that it takes some times to get used to this language.. I learned this language since im in primary school.. But i dont know.. why im so bad in this area.. I remember my english teacher, Madam Anna teach us in class some simple english words.. She look so scaring.. With her long skirt, chinese face.. 4 eyes.. Long hairs... She was around 40 y.o at that time...

Hemm... Year 6th.. at primary school i get A in my english exam.. My father once asked me.. "How about your english?? how much do you feel that u can get?? " then i answered.. "I dont know yet.. But i know that i answer all that questions..." Weird huh...

Then I continue my Secondary school that not much using english in their subject.. Yeah.. of course there are english classes.. but you know... We just use only a little amount of english words although its time for english lesson..

im wondering Why is that happen??

The teachers are very good and nice. They can speak well English.. teach well.. but still Students cant afford to make english as their 2nd language.. Only a few students can speak and use them.. For me.. it is also useless.. Why?? becoz in this situation, we cant create English speaking environment among students.. Then what will be a result?? Just look at me... Huhu...... Bad english Huh?? Yupp... Very bad.. There are many grammatical errors... and so on...

Hummmmm...

So.. Wut do i have to do now...

I have to practice more..

Practice makes perfect.. Right...

Some dont say that... They said.. Practice doesnt makes perfect.. But.. Perfect practice makes perfect...

Yeah...... WUtever..... Im in the middle of my life... English is very important to me.. and its essential skill that i have to aquired if i want to make big changes in the future...  For me.. for my family.. my people.. and of course.. my Islam.. :-)

SurgerY Revision

Bismillah.... With the name of Allah.. I start my post today..

Tonight I want to revise my surgery subject. Hmm... i havent finished yet my practical surgery exam. Doctors in that department are so strict. They ask so many questions about surgery. eg Classification, stages, treatment, type of operations and so on.. I failed for 1st attempt.. and im going to do it again for 2nd attepm.. hopefully i can answer all that questions from the doctors.

Surgery... one of my favourite subject here. Im interested to be a Obstetrician/Gynecologian.. The problem is.. im a guy.. Thats what always going around my head. Im a Guyyy..... but want to do Gurl's works...

i asked a nurse when i doing my practical in malaysia once about this matter. Then she told me that its not a big deal. Not a problem at all.. She said according to her experience, most women dont look at gender of doctors that going to deliver their babies.. but The most important things is PR.. Public Relationship.. Character of that doctors.. They prefer soft, understanding, and of course good doctors.

She give me cool advice how to be best doctors...

1. PR (Public Relationship)
2. Knowledge
3. Skills

"If you have all of these.. you will be a famous doctor.. everyone will speak about you.. your business will grow up and increase.. Yeah...... Famous... Rich.. Fuhh... what a good life..... " she said...

Cool huh?? yeah..... so cool...

Im a guy... will that be a problem?? I dont know yet...

what about Surgeon?? yeah.... im also interested to be a surgeon..

3 years ago, I doing my surgery practical.. of course in Malaysia during my summer holiday. I join a operation.. forgot what operation at that time.. then i ask that doctors... "Excuse me doctor... what type operation is this??" they dont answer me.. they just keep quiet.. and continue their operation..

then one of the doctors come to me.. and scold me for what i have done... Huh.. what a crap.. I know that i was wrong.. but is it necessery to use some bad word to me just because i have done something wrong ?? yeah.. it is the last moment i enter that department.. Then i began to hate surgery.. Huhu...........

not so matured huh?? haha....... now im totaly different... maybe.... i love surgery.. i love medicine... love Obstetric gynecoloGy.. i know this is my destiny..

Huh... Okay... i think dis is enough for now... haha..

Hmm... its very long time since my blog was updated last month. Actually, i dont have any idea to share.

Sharing is Caring... Is that right? Sharing means caring. When we share something to others, it can make us feel well, comfortable and energetic. Share means you care about the others.

For example, we share a cup of tea with our friend... Haha... Is this "Caring" ?? Dis is not caring... This show that we are too stingy. Huhu.. Want to save money huh?? so it is not the best example.....

next instance... We share our lecture notes.. (as we are the one who write notes during lectures..) Yeah.. it is very kind of us to give some oppurtunity to them, to use our notes. Caring huh?? Huhu.. Maybe...

I currently read a novel, names "The Firm".. borrowed from my friend. I am actually not used to read novels.. But for sake of my English.... haha.. i think i have to... I mean English novels... or any kind of English written books..

The Firm... it's about a lawyer called Mitch that just start his new job with very high salary.. about eighty thousands dollars for a year.. free BMW, low mortage loan for house-buying, and many more. He is just 25 years old man married with beatiful young girl. Graduated from Havard and bla.. bla.. bla.... Hehehe.. Forgot to tell.. he works as a lawyer in a firm.. can say a very well-known firm in Memphis..

The problem arise after some month he just start his works at the firm. Dreams has just in the end.... a series of nighmares has began... FBI.. Secret... Billion Dollars... Huh........... I just read until chapter 5.. of couse not yet finished that thick book... Interesting.... Yeah.... im gonna finished that book...and buy the new one...

My friends told me that there is a Second Hand book Store that sell 2nd hand book.. i mean english books... its very hard to find english one here.. all in their language.. Russian language..

Wut about your text Books?? When are you going to read it all?? huhu.......... yeah... i will... Tryyyyy... haha.. Not just try.. but you Have to... Understand???? Yuppp... understood....

Alhamdulillah.. today i decided to make a new blog written in english language. Huhu.. im not good enough in english.. so that this is one of my effort to train myself in english writing.

Yeah.. i actually have a blog written in malay.. yeah.. i dont want any people know who i am.. and so on.. Im still a student.. and will finished my study next year insyaAllah..

i cannot say much about this life.. For me.. Allah SWT have created the best things for us...

then she continue.. "dulu i asked you once.. whether you are still avaiable or not.. then you told me that you are not interested in girl that same age with you..  so i assume.. i dont have any chance to make our relation more closer.. "

Huhu..... the moment of silence surrounding me.. im thinking...... What is happening here...

Today i saw in her faceBook her frens wished her luck for her enggagement..

yeah.. i just can smile... and of course.. my smile is sooo sweet.. huhu.. But.. that cant change anything...
